Man Teaches Two-legged Pig To Walk
unlikely celebrity in Henan Province, China.
The 10-month-old animal, known by villagers as Zhu Jianqiang, which
means Strong-Willed Pig, was born with only two front legs, which it
now uses to walk on.
According to owner Wang Xihai, Zhu Jianqiang was one of nine piglets
born in a litter this January.
He recalls: 'My wife asked me to dump it but I refused as it's a life.
I thought I should give it a chance and unexpectedly it survived
healthily.'
Several days after Zhu's birth Wang decided to train the two-legged
female piglet to walk by lifting it up by its tail. 'I trained her a
while each day. After 30 days she could agilely walk upside down.'
Wang said his home has been besieged by visitors since the birth of
the pig, which currently weighs 110lbs. A circus even offered a high
price for the pig, but he refused to sell.
'She proved to us that no matter what form life is it should continue
to live on,' he said. 'I won't sell her no matter how much the offer
is.'

Students and soldiers clash at Nasarawa State University, Keffi
with soldiers after they protested over not having water for many days
on campus. Soldiers were called into the school to restore sanity but
things went crazy. They clashed with the students and I hear they may
have killed one of them.
The soldiers allegedly went to the off campus hostels to harrass and
beat up students. The school has been closed down indefinitely as a
result of this. The Governor of Nasarawa state, Tanko Almakura, have
since advised all students of the school to leave the school premises
with immediate effect till further notice.
Cardinal Keith O'brien, UK's most senior Roman Catholic cleric steps down amid claims of 'inappropriate behaviour'
cleric, resigned his position as the Archbishop of St Andrews and
Edinburgh today Monday February 25th after being accused of
'inappropriate conduct' towards fellow priests.
Three priests and a former priest reported him to the Vatican over
allegations of inappropriate behaviour stretching back 30 years. One
of the priests alleged that the cardinal developed an inappropriate
relationship with him, resulting in a need for long-term psychological
counseling. Another one claimed O'Brien made an inappropriate approach
after night prayers. The four demanded O'Brien's immediate
resignation.
O'Brien denied the allegations and had been expected to continue in
his post as archbishop until mid-March, when he was due to retire at
age 75 but he resigned today.
"I have valued the opportunity of serving the people of Scotland and
overseas in various ways since becoming a priest," Cardinal O'Brien
said in a statement. "Looking back over my years of ministry, for any
good I have been able to do, I thank God. For any failures, I
apologise to all whom I have offended."
The Vatican is to investigate the allegations.

Governor Goodluck Jonathan on bringing American entertainers Beyonce
and Jay Z to Nigeria in 2006.
In a letter stamped and signed by Bayelsa officials, N150 million
(approximately a million dollars in 2006) was released from the
state's poverty alleviation fund for the first ThisDay Music Festival
in Lagos.
The document came to light after a controversy was ignited over how
much money American "reality TV" star Kim Kardashian was paid for a
brief visit to Nigeria.
Ms. Kardashian, star of a US TV show about her idle rich family and
who shot to international fame after a sex tape featuring her and her
rapper boyfriend went viral, was reportedly paid half a million
dollars for the 24-hour-visit last week.
The sources who provided the 2006 document for Beyonce and Jay Z's
visit told Saharareporters that there was a shady financial link
between the producers of some high profile entertainment events and
the governors and other officials who control budgets at the state and
federal levels. Mr. Obaigbena's newspaper, ThisDay, is a major sponsor
of entertainment events that brings US music stars as well as top
public figures for flying visits to Nigeria in exchange for gargantuan
paychecks.
"Mr. Obaigbena often lines up financial bonanzas from numerous
governors, ministers and other top government officials to finance his
jamborees," said one of the sources who is based in the UK and is
knowledgeable about such deals.
SaharaReporters obtained a letter from Mr. Obaigbena to the Bayelsa
State government soliciting funds from the oil-producing state ahead
of Nigeria's 46th independence celebrations in 2006. The publisher
wrote, "We invite you to partner with us as co-hosts of the festival."
The letter added: "With a total budget of $10 million, the co-host is
expected to contribute a minimum of $2.5 million (two million five
hundred thousand USD)."
At the bottom of the letter, minuted by hand and signed by then
Governor Jonathan's aides as well as the Bayelsa State accountant
general are the words, "Release N150,000,000.00 (One hundred and fifty
million naira) only to be drawn from the poverty alleviation subhead."
One source told SaharaReporters that Mr. Obaigbena sent similar
letters to other south-south states.
SaharaReporters could not ascertain how much of the released funds was
paid directly to performers at the festival. There is no indication
that Beyonce, one of the few entertainment stars internationally
famous enough to only need one name, was aware that her performance
was being subsidized by the poor people of Bayelsa.
But during Beyonce's celebrated rendition of the Nigerian national
anthem, pictures of Bayelsa State were projected onto the wall of the
Lagos concert venue.
According to the Nigerian Bureau of Statistics, 47% of Bayelsans live
in poverty. The World Bank says that per capita gross domestic product
in the Niger Delta is significantly below the country's average.
According to the state's own 2005 development strategy, 80% of rural
communities have no access to safe drinking water, a key indicator in
judging poverty. In Yenagoa, the state capital and Bayelsa's largest
urban area, an estimated two out of every five residents do not have
access to safe drinking water.
In 2005, as part of its UN-approved strategy to combat poverty, the
state promised to make a fund of N100 million available as soft loans
and micro-credit to Bayelsans. The allocated fund was N50 million less
than Mr. Jonathan approved for Mr. Obaigbena's music festival. That
promise was made in the Bayelsa State Economic Empowerment and
Development Strategy, published by the United Nations Development
Program and signed by then Governor Diepreye Alamieyeseigha. A civil
rights activist in Yenogoa told SaharaReporters that the state "has
been a woeful failure in its poverty reduction program."
The letter from Mr. Obaigbena to then-governor Goodluck Jonathan said
the concert was necessary to show that the news from Nigeria was "not
just…HIV/AIDS, conflicts, poverty, kidnapping, strife and riots."
The publisher added: "This is the longest ever period of democracy in
Nigeria, over seven years and counting! And a stable democracy means
more investment and economic prosperity for all."
The publisher went on to give reasons why the state government should
contribute to the concert.
The stars' performances would "tell the world, through music, that
Nigeria's time has come," Mr. Obaigbena wrote. The letter added, "And
once the good news catches on with the young and upwardly mobile,
music loving new generation it will catch on with the world of
investments and bountiful opportunities."
In 2006, Mr. Goodluck Jonathan had just become governor of Bayelsa
after his boss, Diepreye Alamieyeseigha, was impeached and convicted
on corruption charges. Mr. Jonathan was then elevated to Vice
President to then President Umaru Yar'Adua. Mr. Yar'Adua's death in
2010 enabled Mr. Jonathan, a zoologist whose PhD focused on tropical
fish, to assume the presidency.
Since 2006, Mr. Obaigbena's parent company, Leaders & Company, has
produced a number of high-profile events that have seen such American
stars as Rihanna, R Kelly, and Usher perform for Nigerians. The ticket
prices for these concerts are usually out of reach of the "average"
Nigerian. The events feature tickets that cost many tens of thousands
of naira, usually reserved for "VIP access." ThisDay has also hosted
political luminaries like former US President Bill Clinton and former
economic adviser to the Obama presidency, Lawrence Summers. At an
Africa Rising concert in London, former US Secretary of State Colin
Powell came on stage and danced to the popular Naija jam "Yahooze" by
Olu Maintain.

Agony of Students at Madonna University

Allegations of sharp practices rock the Akpugo campus of Madonna
University with the students at the receiving end, reports Olaolu

This is, indeed, a pay back time for ObinnaOjukwu, a fresh graduate of
Madonna University, Okija, Enugu State. Sitting comfortably in his
office at the Akpugo Campus of the first private university in
Nigeria, where he studied Engineering and graduated only last year, he
could not but thank his stars for being a lucky young man.
At a time, his mates were still mourning their inability to be called
up for the compulsory one-year National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
programme due to the non-accreditation of their courses by the
Nigerian University Commission (NUC), Ojukwu is already calling the
shots at his alma mater.
And just about the time his school mates were still ruminating about
what becomes of them next in the labour market due to the
non-recognition of their Engineering degrees obtained from Madonna
University, Ojukwu has no reason to bother himself as he is already
back to what he knows how to do best in his days at the university,
and at a higher level.
But his mates are not envying the young man, who is now the Dean of
Students Affairs at the Akpugo Campus of Madonna University.
Current students, who knew him well during his days as the school's
General Hall representative, are not also surprised at his rising
profile. Known for being a bully and unrepentant 'Man Friday' for the
university's authorities to the detriment of the interests of his
fellow students, whose interest, he was supposed to protect in the
first place, many can only conclude that this, among many other
alleged malpractice, could only happen at Madonna University.
But many are worried that such things could be happening in a
university that prides itself not only as the first private university
as well as the first Catholic university in Nigeria but also one of
the most expensive private universities in the country where standards
and morals are supposed to be high.
Students of the institution are equally worried as they are not sure
of what the future holds for them with the non-accreditation of their
campus.
Yet, THISDAY gathered that the authorities of the university appeared
unperturbed as what matters to them most is the money being collected
from the helpless students, whose parents are, unfortunately, being
made to believe that their wards are being given sound education and
morals in a supposedly Christian institution.
But different allegations rocking the school are sure pointers to the
fact that Madonna University may have derailed from its initial
objectives and reduced to nothing more than a concentration camp'
where the students are exploited in so many ways.
The Petition
A petition sent to THISDAY in Lagos about the current developments at
the Akpugo Campus of the university, titled "Madonna University Akpugo
Enugu State Appoints Fresh Graduate as Dean of Students
Affairs,"mexposed many shocking and quite unfathomable developments in
the school. "I'm seizing this as a medium to bring to the notice of
the National University Commission (NUC) and other branches of the
government, which should be notified about the current developments in
Madonna University, Akpugo Campus, Enugu State (Engineering Campus).
"The Administration Council of Madonna University Akpugo Campus led by
the founder/chancellor of the university, Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Edeh, on
August 7, 2012 organised a final semester meeting with the students of
the above-mentioned campus. At the meeting, the chancellor of the
university announced to the students the swearing-in of a new Dean of
Students Affairs in person of Obinna Ojukwu, a student with
registration number PTE/08/ 034. The bearer at that time was an
undergraduate student of the university and the General
HallRepresentative of the male students of the university.
"Obinna, who was traced to be a student of the Department of Petroleum
Engineering, was still writing his final semester examinations at that
time. The bearer, Obinna, as I write to you has not been mobilised for
his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC). Neither does he posses any
preliminary qualifications to fit into this position as the Dean of
Students Affairs of a university.
"As I write to you, Obinna Ojukwu, a fresh graduate is currently the
Dean of Student Affairs in Madonna University Akpugo Campus, Enugu
State. Beyond every reasonable doubt, this is an eyesore or should I
say a dent to the struggle by NUC and the Ministry of Education toward
ensuring good standard in the nation's education sector.
"Obinna who is known to have a reputation for assaulting and
brutalising fellow students during his tenure as the General Hall
representative of the university has been put into a position to
continue his cruel acts on students," the petition sent by a close
observer of happenings in the school had stated in part.
Non-accreditation of Courses
The petitioner, who craved anonymity also continued his expose: "On
the other hand, I would also shed light on the other illegal
activities happening within Akpugo campus Enugu State. The Engineering
Faculty has none of its departments accredited; therefore the students
who have completed their years of study and have advanced into the
labour market do not have certificates to show as graduates. Neither
are they mobilised for the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme.
Incompetent Heads of Departments
"The Head of Department (HoD) of the Examinations and Records
Department in Akpugo Campus who goes by her regular name-'Point and
Kill' -is not a graduate . She was employed into the university as a
labourer (cleaner). As I speak to you, she is the Head of Department
of the Examination and Records unit in Akpugo Campus.
Another disturbing angle is the fact that the lecturers in the campus
who are engineers are not allowed to mark and grade examination
scripts of students they have taught. Instead, they are handed over to
the Reverend Sister in charge of the Examinations and Records unit,
Rev. Sis. Eleonora, who distributes the scripts between her other Rev.
Sisters and other non-lecturers for marking. This disturbing
development brings the question: Why should a professional course such
as engineering be marked and graded by non-qualified individuals?
"Rev. Sis. Eleonora has been given the go-ahead by the Chancellor of
the university to remark examination scripts, thereby failing a lot of
students. This is a system which Madonna University uses to hide the
actual number of its students from NUC.
"Another method which Madonna University uses to reduce its population
and hide its actual number of students is wrongly accusing students of
offences, thereby placing penalties on them and expelling students in
their final year and suspending students for no defined reasons."
Suspension of Operating Licence
In July last year, NUC suspended the operational licence of Madonna
University along with that of six other private universities for
violating its guidelines in physical facilities and academic
programmes. The other affected universities were Achievers University,
Owo; Caritas University, Enugu; Joseph Ayo Babalola University, Osun;
Lead City University, Ibadan; Obong University, Obong and Tansian
University, Umunya. NUC , according to its spokesman, Mallam Ibrahim
Yakassai, had based its decision on the non-compliance with the
regulations guiding the operations of universities in the country as
stipulated by the NUC.
"The operators of the universities affected know their offences
because so many times, we have informed them about their failings but
they did not take necessary steps to address their shortcomings.
Anyway, It's just a suspension and it will be lifted as soon as they
do the correct things," he was quoted as saying.
Nothing Has Changed
And true to his word, the suspension on Madonna University was lifted
not long after but it's simply back to the basics with little or no
changes made. An impeccable source close to the powers-that-be in the
university told THISDAY that there is little or nothing NUC can do
about the situation in Madonna University. "NUC is just a toothless
bulldog; the authorities there are mere stooges and cannot do much.
They are tied down to the apron strings of the powers-that-be. The
owners of Madonna will continue to do whatever they like because they
already have their ears of people in power," this reporter was told.
A student at the Akpugo Campus of the University also confirmed to
THISDAY last week, saying nothing really has changed in the school.
"The suspension by NUC has been lifted since and we are now in
session. But nothing has really changed. You need to come here and see
things for yourself," the student who craved anonymity told this
reporter in an e-mail correspondence.
Shocking Testimonials
Reacting to the suspension of the operating licence of the University
by NUC last July, a student of the school, who spoke on condition of
anonymity, said: "I'm a Madonna University student and I'm very happy
that NUC took this bold step to suspend the university. I'm studying
Electrical/ Electronics Engineering and in 300 Level. My campus is in
Enugu State, in the deep village of Akpugo.
In Madonna university, a carry-over program was introduced where
students are to pay N150,000, which is higher than our second semester
school fees and almost equal to first semester.
"Illiterates are made Heads of Departments, Dean of Student Affairs,
Secretary, etc. A person who washes toilet in Madonna University is
the Head of Exams and Records. We go to church eight times a week in
Madonna. Eighty students are in a particular department but only
twongraduated from that department and the others were not given
certificates. Madonna, on purpose, fails students and lie to NUC on
the total number of students in a department.
"No department in the Faculty of Engineering is accredited and the
university is allowed to run and collect money from students. If you
use a Blackberry phone in Madonna, you are suspended for two years and
any other phone attracts a year suspension. The Students' Handbook is
written by illiterates. We suffer every single day of our stay in
Madonna University. We stay 12 students in a room but the authorities
always lie to NUC."
State of the Hostel
Jesus The Saviour Hostel is the main hostel for male students at the
Akpugo Campus. The hostel, according to impeccable sources, is in
decrepit condition, despite the fact its development is still ongoing.
"Students in this hostel are forced to use the toilet as bad as it is.
There is also a swamp harbouring several reptiles close to where the
students live. The students are also forced to live with a fully
loaded trash bin because the workers don't get paid so they cannot
empty the bin. Instead we are told to sweep and throw the bin,"
THISDAY was told.
Madonna Officials Keep Mum
THISDAY made more than three trips to the Akpugo Campus of the
university over a period lasting a month in order to get an official
reaction of the authorities to all the allegations. But no one was
willing to volunteer any information as this newspaper was told at the
first visit that only the founder of the school who could react was
away in Rome. Subsequent visits did not yield any results either as
officials of the school kept tight lips all through.
Telephone calls made to the official lines of the school and its key
officials did not go through at all, though THISDAY gathered that no
telephone mast is available on the campus, hence reception is very
poor.
No reaction was also forthcoming from the NUC in Abuja thus lending
credence that there might be some elements of truth in the
insinuations being made about the commission's helplessness in the
case at Madonna.
A Sad Commentary
Madonna University was established to, among other things, "revive
in its community the age-long tradition of Catholic education and the
exacting demand of the contemporary society for sound education
enrooted in salubrious life-promoting morality." The university has
its main campus in Okija and the second campus at Elele. According to
the information obtained from the school's official website, "Akpugo
is the third campus of Madonna University which houses the Faculty of
Engineering with the following departments : Electrical/Electronics,
Food Science and Technology, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Computer

Most Wanted Nigerian Fraudster Arrested In Sydney
He owned a hip hop record label and he lived the high life of luxury hotels, gambling, strippers and bling. But behind the glitz and the glamour Tobechi Enyinna Onwuhara was one of the FBI's most wanted men, allegedly a fraudster who scammed at least $44 million through cyber crimes.
But the sophisticated con artist, who fled Florida in August 2008 amid an intense FBI investigation, has been caught in Sydney and sent back to the US to face a string of fraud charges.
Nigerian-born Tobechi Onwuhara, 33, was "provisionally arrested in response to a request from the United States Government" in December last year, according to a spokeswoman for the Australian Attorney-General's department.
A spokeswoman for the AG's department said Mr Onwuhara is to face prosecution in the US for fraud related offences, including identity fraud and computer fraud.

"On January 29, the Minister for Justice [Jason Clare] made a determination to surrender Mr Onwuhara to the US.
"As a matter of long standing practice, the Australian government does not comment on operational matters," she said.
Fairfax Media understands Mr Onwuhara had been living it up in Sydney after disappearing in August 2008.
The FBI's website now lists Mr Onwuhara as captured, but with scant detail of the arrest. They were offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.
The source who tipped off Fairfax said Mr Onwuhara had been making regular trips to The Star casino as well as splashing cash at numerous popular nightclubs.
"He would bet at the Star under a different name, he was a regular, then one day he just disappeared and someone told us he wanted by the FBI," a source said.
A spokeswoman for Echo entertainment, owner of The Star, did not return calls and emails. The US Consulate in Sydney also did not return calls.
An Australian Federal Police spokesman confirmed the AFP arrested Mr Onwuhara.
According to the FBI's most wanted list. Mr Onwuhara is wanted for his alleged involvement in an elaborate scheme that defrauded the financial industry out of tens of millions of dollars.
"Onwuhara is a key member of a group of Nigerians who allegedly have been conducting fraudulent banking activities from Florida and Texas, since 2005," the FBI's most wanted website states.
"It is alleged that the group has been using online internet databases to steal victims' identities.
"Once acquired, they allegedly use the victims' information to gain access to the victims' 'Home Equity Line of Credit' accounts and wire transfer the money to accounts mainly located overseas, some in the United States."
Some of Onwuhara's alleged co-conspirators have been arrested, inside and outside of the United States, the FBI's website states.
Onwuhara was charged federally with conspiracy to commit bank fraud, and a federal warrant was issued for his arrest by the US District Court, Eastern District of Virginia, on August 1, 2008.

Fairfax Media understands Mr Onwuhara had been living it up in Sydney after disappearing in August 2008.
The FBI's website now lists Mr Onwuhara as captured, but with scant detail of the arrest. They were offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.
The source who tipped off Fairfax said Mr Onwuhara had been making regular trips to The Star casino as well as splashing cash at numerous popular nightclubs.
"He would bet at the Star under a different name, he was a regular, then one day he just disappeared and someone told us he wanted by the FBI," a source said.
A spokeswoman for Echo entertainment, owner of The Star, did not return calls and emails. The US Consulate in Sydney also did not return calls.
An Australian Federal Police spokesman confirmed the AFP arrested Mr Onwuhara.
According to the FBI's most wanted list. Mr Onwuhara is wanted for his alleged involvement in an elaborate scheme that defrauded the financial industry out of tens of millions of dollars.
"Onwuhara is a key member of a group of Nigerians who allegedly have been conducting fraudulent banking activities from Florida and Texas, since 2005," the FBI's most wanted website states.
"It is alleged that the group has been using online internet databases to steal victims' identities.
"Once acquired, they allegedly use the victims' information to gain access to the victims' 'Home Equity Line of Credit' accounts and wire transfer the money to accounts mainly located overseas, some in the United States."
Some of Onwuhara's alleged co-conspirators have been arrested, inside and outside of the United States, the FBI's website states.
Onwuhara was charged federally with conspiracy to commit bank fraud, and a federal warrant was issued for his arrest by the US District Court, Eastern District of Virginia, on August 1, 2008.
Jealous Brother Hacks sibling to Death.
30-year-old man who allegedly stabbed his brother, a Merchant Navy to
death while he was asleep.
The incident, occurred at the early hours of Wednesday morning at
Oritse Street in Imude community, under Oto-Awori local development
council area of Lagos.
After allegedly committing the devilish deed, the suspect, Allen
Biodun, 30, reportedly dragged the remains of his brother, Allen
Olawale Ayetimi, 24, Toan uncompleted building behind their compound
and dumped it inside the foundation of the building, covered it with
leaves.
Thereafter he quietly went to his room and took his late brother's ATM
card, his Merchant navy uniform and phone.
Crime Guard gathered that the deceased only returned from an official
trip to Port Harcourt at about 11pm Tuesday. Although, the late
Olawale was based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. But his mission to
his family's house as reliably gathered, was to settle a score between
his elder brother and mother.
Neighbours who referred to Biodun as a terror in the area, alleged
that he was also responsible for the death of his father two years
ago. He was alleged to have poisoned his father's food in order to
take over his three-bedroom bungalow as inheritance.
After his father's death, Biodun reportedly chased his mother and
siblings out of the main building,giving them the two shops in front
of the house.
Noone, could however tell whether there was any scuffle between
Olawale and his elder brother on his arrival. But Crime Guard gathered
that there had been a lingering dispute between the duo. Sources
attributed the dispute to petty jealousy which could be likened to
that of the biblical Cain and Abel story.
The death of their father as gathered, saddled Olawale with the
responsibility of catering for members of his family, since he was the
only one who was working among them. Unknown to him, his good will did
not go down well with his elder brother, who on the other hand,
reportedly resorted to buglary and bullying as a means of survival.
At other times, Biodun reportedly did menial jobs. But the fear of
Biodun in the environment was the beginning of wisdom.
"After the death of his father, he took to burglary. Everybody is
afraid of him in the street. The only thing people did was to close
their doors or even enter their rooms whenever they see him coming.
Even if you see him stealing your property, you have no option than to
beg him to return them because if you shout at him, he will beat you
and nobody will come to your rescue", a resident said, when Crime
Guard visited.
Another possible reason attributed to the seeming 'cold war' between
the duo as gathered, followed Olawale's refusal to sometimes meet with
Biodun's financial demand, an action the latter took as intimidation
and disrespect on his person.
Journey to Death:
On arrival from Port Harcourt that fateful day, Olawale reportedly
washed his uniform, took his bath and shared a brief moment with his
mother and siblings in the shop they were confined to,during which he
informed them that his mission home was to convince his brother to
accept them back into the main building,unaware that he would never
live to see his mission accomplished. Before retiring to his bedroom
which he shared with his elder brother, Olawale was said to have
instructed one of his sisters to boil water for him to bath the next
morning.
But apprehension set in at about 7am Wednesday, after his sister went
to inform him that the hot water was ready, only to discover his blood
stained clothes on the floor,without any sight of him. As she was
about to leave the room, she reportedly met Biodun, who informed her
that Olawale had gone to the bank. Unsure of what to do, his sister,
reportedly alerted her mother who raised an alarm that created a scene
in front of the building.
At that moment, a neighbour identified as Mr Sunday Abogunrin,
disclosed to the gathering that he saw Biodun hours back, dragging
something on the ground. Their greatest fear was confirmed when Biodun
bolted at the verge of being questioned about the whereabouts of his
younger brother. Noone,could at first run after him, apparently unsure
of what he could be up to. It only took the efforts of a man among the
crowd to catch him. After much persuation, Biodun reportedly took the
crowd to where he laid the remains of his younger brother. On closer
look, a deep cut, was discovered in the late Olawale's neck and
forehead.
How I killed my brother
A mild drama reportedly unfolded as Biodun, according to eye
witnesses, started behaving like someone that was mentally
ill,following his incoherent statement. But at a point, he reportedly
confessed to have stabbed Olawale while he was sleeping.
The neighbour who claimed to have seen Biodun dragging the body of
Olawale, told Crime Guard that: "I came out at about 1 am to ease
myself at the backyard, when I noticed some movements. Out of
curiosity, I peeped to see who it was, only to find Biodun dragging
something on the floor. When I finished from the toilet, he was
returning from where he went. I noticed his hands were stained with
blood and when I asked where the blood came from, he said he just
killed a goat. I never suspected anything, so, I went inside to sleep.
It was when I heard shout from their compound in the morning that I
had to disclose what happened"
The residents who wondered why a man could go as far as taking his own
brother's life, were however not too surprised, as some of them
claimed they saw it coming.
According to one Ochukwo:"It is unfortunate that Olawale died. Biodun
has actually made do his threat because he had on several occasions
boasted that he would be the one to kill Olalwale someday. He had
stabbed him before during a fight and since then, had told several
persons that he would kill him someday".
On why nobody cared to inform the police about Biodun's threat , the
residents said they would not want a situation whereby he would come
after them at the end of the day.
Crime Guard gathered that Biodun's mother and siblings were currently
not only devastated by the tragic incident but were also afraid Biodun
could carry out a more dastardly act if let off the hook.
He was however, handed over to the traditional ruler of the community,
who thereafter, invited the Police.

Life as an actress
Acting is profitable and it has opened a lot of doors. I can proudly say that I am a successful actress. Featuring in many films? I did at a time but I withdrew when I was pregnant. I also don't fancy featuring in just any film. I have produced a few movies. Producing a good movie is capital intensive and I spend over N15m on any film I produce. I go for big projects. That's why it takes like three years for me to produce another one. I will produce, then make sure that I premiere within and outside Nigeria in order to recoup whatever I have spent.

I don't believe actresses are the pictures some people paint. Actresses are not loose. They are not promiscuous and we get married and live normal lifestyles like other women. Motherhood
It is exciting! It is an experience I pray every woman goes through. Luckily for me, I had my parents and family members who stood by me when I was pregnant. Also, I had my friends who supported me despite what went around in the media about who impregnated me. God was with me. In fact, I had a wonderful time and never suffered any illness. I was strong and still going about my other businesses. Everyone stood by me and there was no time to go into depression. Contrary to rumours, I was in my home and I was never evicted. I am as comfortable as ever. When the baby came last year, it was a hitch-free delivery. It was a girl and we christened her Destiny Oluwajomiloju Dino-Melaye. I am savouring all that motherhood has brought my way.
I have a fiancé
I must confess that I never knew my love affair with the father of my baby would turn awry but it did. Fortunately for me, the guy I was dating before stood by me when my daughter's father rejected me. He saw all that happened as a script written by God, which had to play out. He stood by me throughout the pregnancy and he is still there for me. I am not bothered about any issue now. I just pray that the joy God has given me will live forever! Indeed, I am fulfilled as a woman.

Carl Pistorius is charged with culpable homicide over the death of a
woman motorcyclist in a traffic accident, his lawyer said.
The case has no relation to the charges against Oscar Pistorius over
the shooting of Reeva Steenkamp.
The Paralympic star - who was released on bail on Friday - denies murder.
The charges against Carl Pistorius over an accident involving his car
in which a woman on a motorcycle died date back to 2010 but have only
just emerged, local media reports say.
They were confirmed to the BBC by Pistorius family lawyer Kenneth Oldwage.
The accident took place in the town of Vanderbijlpark, an hour's drive
south of Johannesburg.
Police conducted tests on Carl Pistorius and he was found to have no
alcohol in his blood at the time, the BBC's Milton Nkosi in
Johannesburg says.
He is due in court at the end of March, which means his trial may end
before his younger brother Oscar's is due to begin on 4 June.
Carl Pistorius was a constant presence at his brother's four-day bail hearing.

Secondly, it helps in reshaping and lifting the breasts. For optimum

breasts.
Use Correct Bra
Correct choice of bra can help reduce incidence of breast sagging.
While you are getting dressed, make sure your straps are adjusted
correctly. For those that are busty, choose bras that are specially
designed for large breasts. For women who do sports that involve a lot
of movement, such as running or football, it is important to wear
supportive sports bra.
When breasts bounce a lot during sports, it can stretch and harm the
ligaments inside the breasts. Avoid going bra-less, because going

bra is centred within your body.
Maintain A Steady Weight
Adding and shedding weight causes changes in the size of breasts.

Try to maintain a stable weight by exercising and eating a balanced
diet. Eating whole grains with plenty of vegetables and avoiding junk

Stop Smoking (if you do)
The side effects of smoking are numerous, and breast sagging is one of
them. When a person smokes, the carcinogens present in the smoke enter
the body and cause elastin to break down in the body. Elastin fibres
are responsible for skin suppleness; meaning the absence of these
fibres causes the skin to sag. These fibres are found in breast
tissues, and over time, smoking can lead to breakdown of tissues that
result in sagging breasts.
Mind Your Exercise
When it comes to exercise, it may be both good and bad for the
breasts. The right method can keep the breasts firm by providing
better blood supply. While there are no muscles in the breast itself,
it is possible to build up the underlying pectorals for a lifting
effect. But exercises like running may harm. While running without
proper support, the breasts bounce in a figure of eight. This causes
wear and tear on the supporting ligaments.
In a research, it was found that breasts move an average of 10cms up
and down, side-to-side and forwards and backwards while running. The
larger the size, the greater the force on the breasts and the more
they need to be restrained to avoid harm to the ligaments and
connective tissue. This is why it is very important to wear a sports
bra whenever you exercise.

Kanye West, won't let her sign autographs for fans anymore. Source
says, the 32-year-old the mom-to-be officially set the record
straight,
writing, "It's not uncommon for the media to take things you say in an
interview out of context, or twist them to make a story more
interesting. In a recent interview I was asked what Kanye had taught
me that I value the most. I said privacy."
"I have learned to understand that it's important to have boundaries,
especially when we are having a private date night dinner. So if
someone came up to the table at dinner, I used to get up, take pics
and sign an autograph in the middle of our meal," she continues.
"Now, I know that this time is our private time, and I absolutely will
as soon as I'm done eating! It's not that he won't let me sign
