10 Poshest Pickup Trucks

                    2014 Chevrolet Silverado High Country

Coming later this year, the new High Country version of the redesigned 2014 Chevrolet Silverado will be the latest in a growing fleet of western-themed luxury pickup trucks. It will sport a unique grille with horizontal chrome bars and halogen projector headlamps outside, along with an exclusive saddle brown interior that features heated/cooled perforated leather seats with High Country logos on the headrests.

                             2013 Ford F-150 King Ranch

The original luxury truck for both ranch bosses and urban cowboys alike comes trimmed in supple Chaparral leather that's branded with the King Ranch logo. Buyers can add a new chrome package and an all-black interior to bring a bit of metropolitan bling to the party and choose from a 5.0-liter V8 or a fuel-efficient 3.5-liter turbocharged V6 that can tow up to 11,300 pounds. It pays homage to one of the largest ranches in the world, located in South Texas.

                               2013 Ford F-150 Limited

Arguably the most subtle model among Ford's large luxury pickup truck assortment, the Limited features a monochromatic exterior theme with 22-inch polished aluminum wheels, along with a posh cabin that's bedecked in red and black full-grain leather and aluminum and piano black finishes.

2013 Ford F-Series Super Duty Platinum

The boldest expression of luxury in Ford's expansive truck lineup, the 2013 F-Series Super Duty Platinum comes slathered in chrome, from the perforated mesh grille to the door handles, mirror caps, running boards and exhaust tip. Inside, occupants are coddled with rich heated/cooled seats with accent stitching and embroidered logos. The Platinum treatment is also available on the standard "half ton" F-150.

2014 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor Special Edition

The F-150 SVT Raptor is a luxury truck with brash styling that can also double as a high-performance off-road racer with an ultra-rugged suspension and other upgrades. These include a front-mounted camera to improve the driver's visibility when climbing over rocks or other obstacles. Available in two-door SuperCab and four-door Super Crew models, its 6.2-liter V8 packs a punch with 411 horsepower. A new-for-2014 SVT Raptor Special Edition adds a unique new exterior color – Ruby Red Metallic – upgraded interior and custom exterior graphics.

                               2014 GMC Sierra Denali

GMC hasn't yet released specifics regarding the top Denali version of its redesigned 2014 Sierra line (the SLT is pictured here), but expect to see lots of chrome, xenon headlamps and large unique wheels on the outside, with a plush leather and wood trimmed interior that's loaded with amenities. It should come powered by the truck's top 6.2-liter 355-horsepower V8 engine.

                       2014 Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6x6

Officially still a "near-series show vehicle," reports suggest the over-the-top six-wheeled Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6x6 pickup will see a limited production run of 20-30 units beginning this fall. It will pack a 544-horsepower bi-turbo V8 for explosive on-road acceleration, and no less than five differential locks to continue the journey far beyond where the road ends. It's said to be as extravagant as an S-Class inside, with four bucket seats covered in a choice of red or brown leather with contrast stitching. Expect a sticker price that could be as steep as $450,000.

                        2013 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn

The recently added Laramie Longhorn version of the Ram 1500 pickup sports western-enbroidered premium saddle-leather seats and dashboard trim with lots of specific touches and plenty of chrome inside and out. It comes nicely powered by a 5.7-liter 395 horsepower "Hemi" V8 engine.

                         2014 Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition

Toyota will be adding a new 1794 Edition to its redesigned-for-2014 Tundra line later this year with specific 20-inch wheels and a bold front grille outside, and an interior that features saddle brown embossed leather seating with ultra-suede accents and a 10-way power driver's seat. It's named for the ranch, founded in 1794, upon which the truck's assembly plant is located in San Antonio, Texas.

                             2014 Toyota Tundra Platinum

Those looking for a more urbane luxury version of the Toyota Tundra pickup as an alternative to the western-themed 1794 edition can instead choose the new Platinum version when it debuts later this year. It features perforated black leather heated/cooled seats, double-stitched diamond plate leather trim and chrome badging on the seats and console.
